Hochiki ESPFIREBEAMXTRA – espFIREbeam Xtra Beam Smoke Sensor (Includes Controller and Reflector)
The espFIREbeam Xtra is a reflective beam smoke detector fully approved to EN 54-12:2015, offering a maximum detection range of up to 160 m.
Its newly designed optics improve sensitivity, while enhanced internal software helps reduce false alarms. The detector is supplied with a separate controller unit, enabling engineers to commission, monitor, and maintain the system from ground level. The standard unit provides a detection range of 7–70 m, which can be extended to 140 m or 160 m using the optional medium- or long-range reflector kits.
The detector also incorporates advanced motorised technology for self-alignment to the centre of the reflector during commissioning. After installation, it continuously monitors alignment and will automatically realign if any building movement occurs.
An integral loop module allows full connectivity to the Hochiki ESP analogue addressable loop, ensuring seamless integration with ESP systems.
