The VESDA-E VEP series of aspirating smoke detectors delivers the latest advancements in very early warning fire detection, offering exceptional sensitivity alongside superior rejection of nuisance alarms. Built on proven Flair™ detection technology and extensive application expertise, VEP detectors provide absolute calibration for consistent lifetime performance, along with a range of innovative features designed to enhance usability and reliability.
Expanding the capabilities of the VESDA-E platform, the VEP series supports a wide range of applications. It offers a sensitivity range from 0.005 to 20%/m (0.0015–6.25%/ft) and supports up to 40 Class A sampling holes. Pipe configurations include linear runs up to 280 m (918 ft) or branched networks up to 560 m (1,837 ft). The system also includes StaX and Analytics support, as well as Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB and VESDAnet connectivity options.
