The VESDA-E VEP series offers state-of-the-art smoke detection technology, delivering extremely early warning and exceptional nuisance alarm rejection across a wide variety of environments. Leveraging Flair™ detection technology and extensive application experience, VEP detectors provide precise calibration for consistent lifetime performance, along with innovative features designed for enhanced usability and operational efficiency.
VEP detectors extend the VESDA-E platform’s capabilities, supporting applications with sensitivity ranging from 0.005–20%/m (0.0015–6.25%/ft) and up to 40 Class A sampling holes. They accommodate linear pipe lengths up to 280 m (918 ft) or branched networks up to 560 m (1,837 ft). The system also includes StaX and Analytics support, plus Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB, and VESDAnet connectivity.
