The Baldwin Boxall Omnicare Mini 16-Way EVC Control Panel (BVOC16M) is an addressable, loop-wired emergency voice communication (EVC) system designed to manage disabled refuge points, fire telephones, steward telephones, and disabled toilet alarms from a single control panel.
The Omnicare system is fully networkable, allowing multiple master and slave control panels to be connected across a site. This provides local zone control while enabling centralised monitoring and management from a master panel, making it ideal for larger buildings and multi-area installations.
An integrated output for a remote call indicator allows visual and audible alerts to be installed in attended locations, such as reception desks or security offices, when the control panel is situated in an unmanned area. A programmable delay prevents calls that are answered directly at the panel from activating the remote indicator, reducing unnecessary alerts.
Omnicare control panels are available in configurations ranging from 4-way to 128-way and include backup batteries to maintain operation during mains power failure. Models are available in either a grey or stainless steel finish and are designed in accordance with BS 9999:2008, BS 5839-9:2011, and BS 8300:2009 for disabled toilet alarm applications.
